After unlocking the G-99 Breakneck mount in Undermine, players can take on jobs by using the Start Job button. After reaching Renown 8 with The Cartels of Undermine faction, this pet will have a chance to be rewarded. This pet is one of two possible pet rewards from a 10 Job Streak.

I was able to get this pet upon reaching rank 8 with the Cartels of Undermine, and got it after completing my 9th job on Shipping & Handling.
