Took me 27 attempts at her.  Good thing my main is a Venthyr, so it's on my way out of the Covenant at the start of the day and at the end of the night.

Drop rate is very low :(  . Killed about 5 times, no drop yet. Also must be lvl 60.

This drops from Scrivener Lenua, a rare in Revendreth (@37,68). To summon her, you click 4 of the Forbidden Tomes around the area and bring them back to the alcove area. You will see a progress bar at the top. Once 4 are brought back, Scrivener Lenua will summon and float down towards you. She has a chance to drop the pet.
