Looks like P/B and H/B are the clear breeds of choice. The Dazzling Dance buff is a pretty useless move, unless a team is necessarily built around its effect. It's the only flying type with Tail Slap and Bone Bite also does a lot of damage. Pile on with Bone Barrage and Bone Prison.

I found some in Uncommon Necroray Spawnling at the Sepulcher of Knowledge area.

There's a group of three at the top of the slime fall at 46, 25 and when trying to fight, it's hard to find a spot that's not obstructed, but 46.27, 24.74 worked, just on the edge of the river.

Finally found one little ways east of Renounced Bastille FP in eastern Maldraxxus.  It was the main, not an added.  Poor quality but grabbed it anyway.
