Awesome pet for both battles and companionship, but i really wish blizz fixed the way it flies... it moves waaay too close to the ground, like a walking pet instead of shoulder-level, like most flying pets.

Now this pet is a real gem!  Incredibly good for leveling pets in the wild.  Abilities Alpha Strike, Preen and Bloodfang allow for unlimited battles without ever needing to visit a healer! This goes along side my much used Feline Familiar for continuous leveling without needing an outside heal.

 

BFA has brought such numerous, easily obtained pets with subpar abilities.  It is good to find a useful one in the mix.

Don't forget to research Island Plunderer at your mission table advancement in the third tier! You'll want those extra dubs while farming for this.
