Players will need both Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler (Bind on Use, crafted by Engineers) and Empty Soul Cages (Bind on Use, crafted by Jewelcrafters). Using the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler on an elite Air Elemental as it's dying will consume an Empty Soul Cage and produce a container called Encaged Airy Soul, which will turn into a Docile Airy Soul after 15 minutes.
