I raised a ticket, asked them to post me the pet like they did the last time this issue occured and they did :) If you have completed the achievement, just raise a ticket and ask them to post the pet like they did last time this type of issue occured and they should post it to you :)

Nothing like waiting 3? or more weeks for the final WQ to pop, to have it finally pop, award the acheive, but no pet. Getting tired of these same bugs over and over and over.

I completed the achievement today - no pet received in Bag, Mail or Journal. So currently appears to be bugged.A comment theme we're seeing with Blizzard currently

The 3rd WQ is up today on EU. Completing it gives you the achievement but not the pet - it appears to be bugged.

Worm Theory is an achievement for completing 3 different random Worm-related World Quests in Azj-Kahet. It seems random, but most will probably have 2/3 right now as the 3rd hasn't been up yet.
