Seems to have become a Horde only quest chain.  Tried on 3 different Alliance toons (one relatively new to the zone) and the flute doesn't give a quest.  I'll level my Horde toon and see.

Does anyone know if you get this pet on a Horde alt if an Alliance toon can summon it and use it in battles?
