The Jade Defender drops from the Rajani Paragon reputation reward box. Players that earn Exalted with this faction can continue earning favor, and will receive a cache for every 10k reputation earned after Exalted.

check the AH as the price has dropped quite a bit - several up for under 60k and even as low as 35k on various realms
