To collect Renny, head to Glitterfall Basin in Ardenweald. Pick up the quest "That Darn Fox!" from Clarion Song. After completing the quest, wait a bit and Renny (NPC) will appear with the quest that rewards this pet. If Renny isn't showing up, take a flight path to another location in Ardenweald. Renny should spawn upon landing.

Renny is quite quick, so it helps to have a keybind for "Interact With Target" (under Targeting in keybinds). Target Renny, get in range, and then hit the keybind as quickly as possible to complete each phase of the initial quest.

Renny should have the Moon Moon jump/stars animation except with a trailing rainbow!
