Hmmm ... "primal event" ... the whole area is full of Elementals ... that's not a primal event?

Spawns ONLY when there is a primal event in same region. Seems to spawn often at /way 43.97 32.46 in Azure Span. (primary pet of 3). Terrible Turnip very good for this

I tamed mine tonight in The Azure Span. It was 1st pet and had 2 others with it. Dont forget to have your turnip out.
