Patch 11.1 is live this week and there are new battle pets to collect and achievements to earn! [source]New Battle Pets
Over 40 new pets can be found in the new zone, Undermine. Here's a quick summary:
- 16 wild pets
- 14 pets sold by vendors
- 5 dropped pets
- 3 achievement rewards
- 2 quest rewards

There are also three more hyena pups, although it's still unknown where they'll be found. It's possible they might be planned for a future patch, but we'll keep an eye out for Goggles, Grinner, and Scruff (pictured above) all the same.

New Battling Challenges
Defeat each of the encounters using a level 25 team of one pet type to complete 10 family achievements, which will then complete the Family Battler of Undermine meta-achievement and reward Foreman (pictured right).

New Twitch Drop
Starting today through March 25, 2025, players that watch at least 4 hours of a participating active WoW Twitch stream will earn Tock the Clocker Spaniel (pictured right). Be sure to link your Bnet account with your Twitch account to ensure eligibility.
Admit had expected some confusion but no, just logged into Twitch with my Battle.net account connected to it, watched WoW streaming (mostly in background) for 4 hours and the doggie appeared in my pet journal.

thanks for the info. i didn't know a "family" event was already available.
So for those who head to Zuldazar for the Kaja Crab, it seems for me at least. After completing the Campaign quests that send you there. (As I spent an hour there looking for it, never spawned). When you head back to Undermine, there will be 4 new WQ's to head back to Zuldazar. After picking them up & heading back the Kaja Crab for me at least appeared immediately.
Hope this clears any confusion some players might have had.
