I live in the US (EST). Bought the specially marked 20 oz sodas just to get the caps. Gave them to co workers, kept the caps. Created account; got the confirmation email. Entered 4 codes to get a total of 600 points. purchased the Chillbot 9000. (400 pts). 200 still in account. I've been waiting over 5 hours. no email with a code from mountain dew. I've emailed customer server; no response. Am I missing something?? TYIA
