I have been farmimg this for hours it seems. Are we sure this will drop? Highly disappointed so far.

I took a break to cook and I decided it was time to give up. I thought, let me kill these 3 and I am out of here. It was in my 3rd kill upon returning. So woot! So just when you think you are done, take a break, and maybe this will happen for you too.
