I ordered a keyboard on Dec, 7. Delivered Dec, 13. Got my codes today, Jan, 2. So you have to be patient, they're coming.

 

I'm from EU, and the codes are working. Be warned, then : if you already own a Iron Skyreaver mount, the game will suggeest to redeem it on another region. But no problem for Razeshi B. and Coral mount, they are redeemed on your EU server.

 

He's in the site, I got it ingame, but still not showing in my collection here...

I confirm too that the pop+pet was available, but only for 2 days (!), on the UK Blizzard store. It appeared on 10/25 and was "sold out" on 10/26. Living in France, I ordered it just in time and received the code by email. I redeemed it on a EU server and it worked.

 

While I'm happy to have achieved this, I have to admit that this state of affairs is even more deeply troubling for EU players...

 

Let's hope the pet will be available soon in EU through other means.

The two colors are not easy to distinguish. Advice : look at the back of the pet. Fire is flowing clearly differently.

He's showing as Uncommon on the pets journal, I tried to upgrade him with a Blue Humanoid Stone, and with a Flawless too, and the game won't let me do it (error message)... I remember I have done the same successfully for the Argent Squire, who's blue in the pet journal... so what gives ? Have they changed something ? Is someone having the same problem ?
