I had an alt camped in Tanaris for 6 months. After some research I found a few posts stating that a sandstorm occurs more frequently on different servers. I created an alt specifically for Frostmourne server (more research) and within 2 days got this elusive pet. I was so happy I created a group so others could benefit. I helped a guy who thanked me and said he got 2 safari achievements with my group. Blue's aren't that rare, just the sandstorm is.
