Why are all the really cool pets only accessable to China....BLARG!

I spent over 9mths randomly trying to find this pet. I decided to see if i could make a character in an oceanic realm. Took me about a 1/2hr to level a DK and went to Felwood. I checked the social button to see if anyone was in the area, and no one was there. I battled the pets close(dont just kill them). After each battle i went back to check. After about 3 battle the Minfernal showed up. He wasnt near any of the pools. He was by the broken archway outside the pool area. Happy Hunting All!
