After spending countless hours hovering above Sholazar and spotting precisely zero of these, I checked on Sep. 2nd and the place is lousy with them, same the next day. One of the following four scenarios must be true:
1) It was always seasonal-fall and September made them spawn
2) Changed to seasonal-fall in 7.3
3) Changed to normal spawn like all world pets in 7.3
4) Some event makes them spawn en masse
Go grab your three and enjoy!
PS: Minfernal is still impossible.
