got it today in badlands .. first time farming for it .. 12 kills :D I am lvl 100. After reading all the comments here I was thinking i was in for a long grind .. i thought .. i will do the circuit 3 times and if it doesn't drop .. oh well ... so yeh .. I got super lucky xxx
